I was grocery shopping this weekend and searching for Aloo Bhujia Namkeens for Poha. While looking in the Namkeen section, I came across African Chewda, which surprised me. I was curious about its taste—whether it would be spicy, bland, or sweet and spicy, especially since it's a product least likely to be found in a Desi store or made by a Desi company.

Out of curiosity, I decided to buy it since I couldn't find any details about it online, no reviews or anything. When I got home, I opened the packet and tried it. Overall, it's very crunchy, neither spicy nor sweet—just bland. I tried it with poha and as a standalone.

What I liked:

• The crunchy taste, beside that nothing else.
• It good for folks who like bland and crunchy. May go well with drinks.

Would I buy this again?

• No. I did not find anything unique about it.
