If you haven't tried Malibu Coconut Rum, it's definitely worth a taste. The balance between coconut and rum is impeccable, creating a very smooth flavor. It can be enjoyed straight on the rocks (with ice cubes) or mixed. My personal favorite is combining it with pineapple or crafting a classic Pina Colada. There are many ways to mix it; I even experimented with orange juice, and the result was delightful.
With a great aroma that evokes a tropical and calming feel, Malibu Coconut Rum is perfect for any occasion—be it a quiet evening or a lively party. I plan to try Parrot Bay Coconut Rum soon, once I finish the Malibu, to see how they compare.
I followed the Pina Colada recipe listed on the Malibu website, but I also tried it without the coconut cream, and both versions were enjoyable.
